I've said pretty much the same thing on another thread and people called me crazy. White males must breed with white females, if only to make more white females. Otherwise the whole thing grinds to a halt in 2 generations. So perform selective breeding, or Eugenics. Only white men with desirable traits are allowed to create offspring, while those who do not are gelded right after puberty, so they can have the physical traits to perform manually, yet not be a risk to accidental or even consensual white reproduction.
