While she had done a simple kegger strip on the Wabash prior to the above time, as well as swinging, the sequence of the above is special because it was her first contract with a local bar/lounge.
Both of the above photos were taken in the back room area of Lorraine's Lounge in Lafayette, IN. Circa 1971, they show the same area that you see in other photos here. That is because that is where you went for ACTION...after watching the dancing out front.
The photo on the left shows the sweet local house wife/Purdue Lab Admin signing a release for Lorraine's (there is a photo here on this site showing you the dance area). Without saying the services, the release did specify that 2/3 of all "specialty tips" went to the HOUSE...uh, er, since they were providing the private areas, music and drinks.
The photo on the right shows her first nude pose at the club, sitting back on one of their red benches. Patrons were allowed/encouraged to take a photo with the HOUSE Polaroid camera. That was the only way to get a sanctioned image at that time. Modern gen would find it hard to believe that there were no cell phones, no dig cameras, and that regular cameras were banned...with threat of a powerful physical bounce.
So, both photos are salvaged Polaroids, and we are lucky to have any image here.
After the photo on the right, she stayed nude and just walked around and visited the patrons...in other seats and on other benches, while the music played loudly. When agreements were made, there were additional small areas with doors, were the guy and girl could disappear to...
She also started work at the unregulated massage parlor in W. Lafayette (just off the Purdue campus) within the same week.
PLEASE remember that this female was an academic dept head, and needed none of these activities for money. She was doing it all because of a trippy sex freedom scene of that time period.
