reparations isn't asked to be payed by white people is payed by the government, no white person today would pay a cent for it no one's going to take your money 😂. "What's lost in history is lost" "in olden time there was no rules". Jews were given reparations in 1952 cause of nazis, and like during naxi Germany african American athletes went to compete. That was during segregation and discrimination in America. Jews are still being compensated today because of what nazis did and thst was like a century ago too. Native americans were given reparations since 1946 for stolen land, that some of that stolen land was like from before even slavery ended. So native Americans today can still go to court TODAY for land stolen before slavery ended but Black Americans can't ask for reparations for slavery, like even a fraction of what was promised by the president of the United States of America?

Reparations aren't payed by you they're payed by the government, you dumb incel. The United States of America allowed slavery ended it late and like initially the reparations were going to be payed by that 2% you mentioned but they killed the president that was going to give the confiscated land to the freed slaves and the next president gave the land back to the slave owners in exchange for loyalty so they didn't revolt again. That was a action done by the US government, the US government pays for that not you. Masculinity / feminity isn't a binary thing, it's a spectrum defined by both genetic and social norms
In an only white society, white boys are obviously masculine comparend to girls, even without social norms. But in a multi-ethnic society, even with a full patriarcal and heteronormative education, a white boy stay feminine compared ton a Black Male. In this context, it's natural to a whiteboy to being emasculated.
Of course, these are just averages, and there are exceptions. The society can (and must) magnify this average genetic difference until you can no longer tell a “boy” from a white girl

There are so many historical inaccuracies in this bullshit that I’m gonna have to stop you there because you are spreading lies and you sound incredibly stupid. When the constitution was written, it was written in such a way that it would eventually allow for slavery to end that’s why the founding fathers wrote it the way they did because they knew eventually slavery would have to stop and no Washington’s slaves did not fight for the British you moron but a shit ton of free black men did fight for Washington. That isn't exactly true. The topic of slavery was largely avoided; one of the initial drafts of the Declaration of Independence included a passage, written by Thomas Jefferson, condemning slavery, though this was removed by the time of the final draft to not risk alienating pro-slavery delegates; the Articles of Confederation didn't include any mention of slavery at all; and the Constitution only included it in the "Three-fifths Comprise" as apart of Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3, which decreed that "other Persons" (slaves) were only worth three-fifths of a person in order to equalize the number of seats within the House of Representatives between the otherwise outnumbered southern slave-holding states and the northern states, which would all have outlawed slavery by 1804.

The can was just kicked down the road. Though, it would be just as inaccurate to state that the country was built on slavery when half (by population) of it had outlawed it by the start of the 19th century just 20-ish years after the country's existence. Interesting to note about this, but despite Rhode Island's full name having been the "State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations" and the connotation that plantation now has today, it was one of the first states to outlaw slavery in 1784, alongside Connecticut; with only Massachusetts, New Hampshire (which back then still included Maine), and Pennsylvania having outlawed it before than. Vermont did it the earliest, though, until 1791 it was still officially apart of New York. Another odd exception was that the first territory, the Northwest Territory, had slavery banned from when it was established, thus being another nail in the coffin of slavery having "built" the United States.
